Emra Sioux Falls is an active adult community for people 55 and better.

Are pets allowed?

No. Emra Sioux Falls is a pet-free community. Service and assistance animals are welcome in line with fair housing guidelines.

Is Emra a retirement community or assisted living?

No. Emra is not a retirement facility. You rent a well-designed home, join neighbors in the same season of life, and leave the upkeep to us.

What kinds of homes are available?

Emra Sioux Falls offers 95 one and two bedroom homes. Many of the two bedroom homes include a den.

What are the homes like?

Every home has 9 to 10-foot ceilings and an extra-large private balcony. Homes feel more like a house than an apartment, with room to host and maintenance-free living.

Is it easy to get around the building?

Yes. Two elevators make every floor easy to reach, and there are trash chutes on every floor.

Emra Sioux Falls is in southeast Sioux Falls, South Dakota, near Six Mile Road and Arrowhead Parkway.

What is nearby?

Willow Run Golf Course is across the street, and Arrowhead Park is a short walk away. The 115-acre Mary Jo Wegner Arboretum is minutes away, and shopping and dining at Dawley Farms are about two minutes away. Two ponds with lighted fountains and walking trails sit right behind the community.
